Training

Your manuscript is never used to train any model, by us or by any provider we work with. We use enterprise API terms that contractually exclude training on submitted content.

Access

Files are encrypted at rest and in transit. Inside the company they are visible to the editor assigned to your book and to the one person operating the pipeline. Nobody else.

Retention

Source files and translations are deleted ninety days after delivery, or immediately on your written request. The translation brief is kept only if you ask us to hold it for a later language.

What we collect otherwise

The intake form data, your email correspondence, and privacy-preserving analytics with no cookies and no cross-site tracking. No advertising pixels.
